A couple of months ago, during a "we must get in better shape" talk at the Team Soell headquarters, Andy decided a "Couch to 5k" program would be a good fit for his daily exercise routine.  I'm pretty sure the decision was prompted largely by his discovery of the Runkeeper Pro App for the iPhone. If you know my husband, you know nothing motivates him more than a good gadget :).  This Saturday marked his first 5k race and I couldn't be more proud of him!  I snapped a few photos of him before and at the finish line.  Isn't he cute with his crooked little number and glow necklace?

This past weekend Andy and I spent four days traipsing around Chicago with lovely friends just enjoying the city. Somehow I always find myself in Chicago in the Fall.  I don't plan it that way, it just seems to happen. This trip was particularly relaxing. I absolutely love traveling that doesn't involve complicated agendas or full schedules.  Sometimes it's nice to just be.  That's all.  I wanted to get some photos of the city with all the fall accoutrement, but alas it was fairly rainy so I didn't want to risk bringing the big guy out.  Instead, I snapped a few fake poloroids here and there with my trusty iPhone.

I am crossing my fingers that the Springy temps we've been experiencing are here to stay.  It would absolutely break my heart if I woke up to a foot of snow on the ground. Do you hear that, Universe? BREAK. MY. HEART.  Please don't do that to me.  March in the Soell household was Garden Planning Month.  I hear Andy has pictures to show you of all my pretty little sprouts growing in the kitchen, but that may just be a rumor.  I am so obsessed with growing anything right now.  I find myself stalking the seed displays of local nurseries and hardware stores as often as I can. I spent an hour today researching terrariums because I think they are pretty and I really want one...or twelve. I even have a landscaping project in mind (well, phase one of a landscaping plan).  I AM ON FIRE!  We'll see if it actually comes to fruition.

In honor of the fabulous day we had today in Central Ohio, I had a veggie intensive dinner.  I thought it was so pretty I had to take photos.

Speaking of photos...I got the first two (of four) postcard bundles in the mail today for my etsy sales debut!  I was so excited to see how they turned out.  I should get the other two bundles in the mail tomorrow so I'm waiting to take photos until I have the finished product all together along with pretty packaging. They look great!  I can't wait to show them off.

I'm working on some photographs for a postcard collection and I'm so happy spring-like temperatures are finally creeping into the Ohio forcast.  It makes motivating myself to leave the house and take pictures so much easier. I did not leave the house to take this photo but it's still very springy, no?
